Troubleshooting
From MetaCentrum
Follow these steps if you encounter any problems:
1. Check carefully this documentation
- Have a look at FAQ/Grid_computing
- If you have the problem with an application, have a look at application documentation first
2. Check for possible updates/outages

3. Contact User support
- Write an email to address meta@cesnet.cz – your email will create a ticket in our Request Tracking system
- Please provide as much information as possible, like:
- your username on MetaCentrum machines
- problematic job's ID
- your batch script
- output and error output files
- path to the directory where the script was run or where the problem occurred, etc.
