Follow these steps if you encounter any problems:

1. Check carefully this documentation

2. Check for possible updates/outages

3. Contact User support

  • Write an email to address meta@cesnet.cz – your email will create a ticket in our Request Tracking system
  • Please provide as much information as possible, like:
    • your username on MetaCentrum machines
    • problematic job's ID
    • your batch script
    • output and error output files
    • path to the directory where the script was run or where the problem occurred, etc.
