Metacentrum wiki is deprecated after March 2023 Dear users, due to integration of Metacentrum into https://www.e-infra.cz/en (e-INFRA CZ service), the documentation for users will change format and site. The current wiki pages won't be updated after end of March 2023. They will, however, be kept for a few months for backwards reference. The new documentation resides at https://docs.metacentrum.cz.

Follow these steps if you encounter any problems:

1. Check carefully this documentation

• Have a look at FAQ/Grid_computing
• If you have the problem with an application, have a look at application documentation first

2. Check for possible updates/outages

• See http://metavo.metacentrum.cz/en/news/outages.jsp for outages
• See http://metavo.metacentrum.cz/en/news/news.jsp for updates

3. Contact User support

• Write an email to address meta@cesnet.cz – your email will create a ticket in our Request Tracking system
• Please provide as much information as possible, like:
  • your username on MetaCentrum machines
  • problematic job's ID
  • problematic module
  • list of loaded modules
  • your batch script
  • output and error output files
  • which node/frontend was used
  • path to the directory where the script was run or where the problem occurred, etc.
