Metacentrum wiki is deprecated after March 2023 Dear users, due to integration of Metacentrum into https://www.e-infra.cz/en (e-INFRA CZ service), the documentation for users will change format and site. Quotas are the mechanism for monitoring of disk storage capacity and for the error prevention. This error could negatively affect the work of all users because of possible fulfillment of storage.

Note: The list of occupied disk quotas is updated once every 30 minutes. Please wait until the next recalculation if you see outdated data (for example, exceeding quota after data deleting).

Note: The ELIXIR-CZ project storages (brno11-elixir and praha5-elixir) are primarily dedicated to their members. Other MetaCentrum users have a symbolic quota of 1 GB in these storages. Therefore, these storages are unsuitable for data storage or local software installation.

• Column used is a actual quota usage on different storages.
• Column soft quota is a limit which can be avoided for limited time (7 days).
• Column hard quota is limit that can not be avoided.
• Column grace is note about remaining time for exceeded soft quota.
