FPC (FingerPrinted Contigs) takes as input a set of clones and their restriction fragments (called Bands) and assembles the clones into contigs.
Program is actually freely available to all users in version 9.4.

Initialize environment by command
module add fpc-9.4
This makes available the path to program binary. There are also available tutorials in /software/fpc-9.4/tutorials directory.
