WARNING: This manual includes instructions for this use-case only. If you use other instructions you can cause unwanted functioning of system.
Please choose one of three branches of First steps according to your role. Then follow Final part which is same for every role type.
First steps
First steps when your role is both VO MANAGER and GROUP MANAGER.
- select the VO in which you want to work by popup menu Selected VO
- click on the row with an appropriate group name to select the group
First steps when your role is GROUP MANAGER in one VO only.
- click on the Group manager
First steps when your role is GROUP MANAGER in more than one VO.
- click on the Select group in the Group manager left menu
- select the VO in which you want to work by popup menu Selected VO
- click on the row with an appropriate group name to select the group
Final part
Final steps same for all role types:
- click on the button Members at the upper bar OR click to the Members option at left menu (it could be default option)
- fill name or logname of new member into searching area and press the Search button
- list of appropriating members is displayed
- selected users are sorted by membership in VOs and groups
- status of users is displayed, personal data (Full name,Organization or Ext source,E-mail,Logins in different namespaces), where he has already been member, from which external source he is came
- select new member by ticking check-box and click the Add button - the new member is added into the group
- list of newly added members is dispayed under searching area
